We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Private Tutor Portal and Virtual Classroom Portal subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at oyeronke@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your school keeps access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
